We, at Menula ("We," "Us," "Our," “Company”), strive to provide you with exceptional services and products related to restaurant management with our software solution known as “Menula” to restaurants and hotels. We offer additional integrated services, including mobile or card payments, inventory management, QR code based ordering, home delivery system and features like offers and coupons, analytics, CRM. Menula platform provides end-to-end solutions for restaurant management.

We are proud owner and operator of the Menula platform, granting the right to use it through various subscription models in exchange for a Subscription Fee. Your subscription to the Menula platform and add-on services (referred to as “Menula Subscription”) is subject to our Terms of Service, an agreement that you (or anyone accessing and using the Menula platform) accept when subscribing. You can select a Menula subscription plan to suit your needs and make payments through various available payment methods for different Menula subscription plans.

Fees & Taxes

To access the features of your chosen Menula Subscription plan, you must pay a Subscription Fee, as outlined in the various subscription plans. It's important to note that the Subscription Fee, as specified in our subscription plans, is non-refundable. Taxes may apply to the subscription fee. Your Menula Subscription becomes active only upon the successful payment of the Subscription Fee, using the Menula platform, according to your chosen subscription plan.

Subscription Cancellation & Refund

You have the flexibility to cancel your paid Menula Subscription at any time by contacting us by clicking on the Contact Us button on the side navigation. If you decide to cancel the Menula Subscription within 15 business days of initiating the paid subscription, we will provide you with a credit note and offer a full refund of your Subscription Fee. However, it's important to note that we may charge you (or deduct from your refund) the value of Menula benefits you used and your account's activity during this initial 15-business day period, through a partial credit note.

If you choose to cancel a monthly Menula Subscription, a refund of the subscription fee will be issued only if you haven't utilized any Menula benefits since paying your Subscription Fee.

Revisions

We retain the discretion to modify the Terms of Service, this Cancellation & Refund Policy, or any aspect of the Menula Subscription without prior notice. If any changes to these terms are found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, such changes are separable and do not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED SUBSCRIPTION AFTER WE MAKE THESE AMENDMENTS SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFICATIONS. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.

Termination by Us

At our discretion, we may terminate your Menula Subscription without prior notice. In such cases, we will issue a credit note and provide a prorated refund based on the remaining duration of your subscription term, whether annual or monthly. However, we will not refund any amount for terminations related to conduct that we determine, at our discretion, violates the Terms of Service or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the Menula Subscription, or is detrimental to our interests or another user. Please note that our failure to insist upon or enforce strict compliance with the Terms of Service or this Cancellation & Refund Policy does not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
